Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As you have already gone through pregnancy tests they both(urine & blood) came negative means you are not pregnant. One main possibility of missing your periods now is that you might be undergoing menopause or even perimenopausal stage.
Menopause is life event in a females life when she stops ovulating & hence her periods stops permanently. This usually happens between the age of 40 to 50 years of age. Missing your periods or getting irregular periods are common feature in woman with peri-menopause(near to menopause). However menopause would be said to have occurred in you, if your periods don't come for a year.

visit a gynaecologist for more queries
Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
