What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Having Negative UPT?

ok I am 39 I tied my tubes 8 years ago after my son was born 2 years after I went to the ER with pain turned out I had an eptopic pregnancy had the csection to remove the one tube so that was 6years ago. I am a little worried because my last menstrual period was 01/01/2016, and I have been feeling a little heavy on my lower abdomen. I had a home pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago it was negative, I m just worried that I will have again a ectopic pregnancy. is going and and getting checked by a professional the only way to find out? Thank You

Delay in periods indicate hormonal imbalance or Poly cystic ovarian changes.You r 39 means u r under peri menopausal age group.You r suffering with hormonal disturbances.Consult ur gynaec Dr for that and do Ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.If there is any abnormality get to be treated for that.
