What Causes Delay In Periods Along With Dark Spotting And Breast Soreness?
Hi Dr,I m 23 years old and haven t had my period since December. I am not pregnant but from time to time there is some dark brown spotting and when I wipe there is some blood present, but very light. My breast feel very sore and I don t know if I should be concerned about it.

There is possibility of Polycystic ovarian disease such causes similar clinical picture of irregular menstruation and spotting. Also infection needs to be ruled out.
Kindly keep well hydrated to prevent urinary tract infection. Consult your Gynaecologist to rule out the same.
