What Causes Delay In Menstruation After Having Meprate?

hi my last date was 22 nov and after that i got my next date on 24 dec and my doctor suggest me fot bhcg test and that is also negative. now she suggest me to have meprate. but after taken this medicine of second day on 26 my periods are not coming. what shoul i do now

As per your history is concerned you have irregular period that is why doctor prescribed Meprate which contains (Medroxy Progesterone Acetate) as an active ingredient.You have not mentioned clearly how many doses you had taken so far.According to me go to the root cause of irregular period and treat that one .So do a pelvic ultrasound and a TSH test.(Thanks)
