What Causes Defecation During Urination?
I have IBS. After a recent bout of diarrhea, I am experiencing some poop discharge every time I urinate. It has not been severe enough to soil my underclothes, but I am concerned. This has not happened to me before. This has been going on for two days.

I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to applying some force while passing the urine, IBS is more or less is functional condition and symptoms that you have is not due to this but may be exerting force at the time of voiding hope this information helps take care
