General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Finding it difficult to stand straight sometimes indicates possible postural hypotension from various mechanics of vagal or sympathetic response. After thorough clinical examination, one may require dose adjustment of current medications with or without change in any one of the current molecule as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
