What Causes Decreased Menstrual Cycle Length?

hi doctor I am 3 months married girl I want to ask that I am not Conceiving a child. What is the reason behind it? And also want to ask about the periods. The period dates are regular but there is no as much flow of blood as like before marriage there were only 2 days flow but very slight. What s the reason kindly tell me. Thanx

Hi,

Three months is too short for a conclusion. If periods are regular, we need not worry about low amount. But ensure that your hemoglobin level and thyroid status are normal. Intercourse in the middle of the cycle has highest chance of conception.
