What Causes Decrease In The Size Of Testicle After Having Sex?

i´m not sure if i got an hydrocell or spermcell . i had a medical inspection and ultrasound 3 years ago ,and my doctor s diagnose was an hydrocell . but now i have a doubt . it might be a sperm cell . because i feel a decrease in my testicle after a sexual relation

My Impression-
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to have-
Hydrocele mostly.
As this is confirmed by USG test by a doctor,I would not challenge it.
But reduction in size of testes- could be a wrong conception - from contracted dartos / or increased testes from relaxed testes.
No doubt the ejaculation would create more drainage of the engorged testes during pre-sex / abstinence periods.
This could explain why testes decreases after sex and ejaculation.
Re-USG with Second opinion from another Radiologist doctor would resolve the doubts about the old reporting.

Hope this would resolve your health issues and would help you to plan further treatment with doctors there.
