hello, i want talk about my anxiety and i daydream only to feel better, is this a normal thing apart from the anxiety part, because i know i m a strong person, i can overcome anxiety but i m seriously worried about my daydreaming, i read about mental disorders and what i could understood was, most severe disorders start from fantasizing, please i need to know this, i cannot talk to anyone else because my family takes these kind of things in a different direction.
