What Causes Darkening Of The Skin While On Yamini Pills?

My period is irregular after consulting the doctor they advice me taking yamini pill for 3 month and my face get blackness and black circle and pimple doctor told me it is because of my irregular period can I treat my face skin specialists? Or not need?

it is only hyper pigmentation and not related to yamini tablet.avoid expouser to sun and apply sunscreen lotion. can apply face moisturizer,can consult dermatologistforexamination and advise on treatment
