What Causes Dark Stretch Marks On Lower Back?
I have a 15 year old girl here with her Mom who has what looks like a brown bruise on her spine low back along with what looks like horizontal stretch marks or surgical scaring across.. Been there for about 2 months and no pain with it and had no surgeries. Any idea what it may be?

Hi,
It seems that most probably you may be having juvenile striae. There may be stretch marks of unknown cause.
You consult dermatologist to have firm diagnosis.
You may take vitamin C,E and A orally. Apply retinoids acid gel 0.012% on the striae.
Take treatment for long time to have good result.
