What Causes Dark Pigmentation And Acne On The Face?

I am havin small acne and some blackness in my face i have used lot of creams and facewash like cetaphil deriva cms deriva bpo clindac a femcinol a some acne reduced but its not going away fully am tired suggest me good gel and moisturiser or cream plzzz

Hi,

The moisturizer cream will not be beneficial in acne cases.

You have already used clindamycin topically which is prescribed in most of case of acne.

However, you have no benefit after using the clindamycin.

So in such resistant case isotretinoin or laser therapy can be beneficial.

For getting prescription of that you need to consult dermatologist.
