My boyfriend has congestive heart failure and in the past he has delivered baker cysts behind his knees which make his lower kegs and ankles swell. In the past 24 hours it has become painful for him to walk he is swollen a new the skin is hot to touch . Here is the new symptom there is a dark bruise behind his right knee both legs are swollen but the bruise is only behind the right knee is this a sign of a blood clot
