Hello,

As per your case history, you have planter keratosis, my treatment advice is-
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Apply a potent steroid cream like clobetasol cream twice daily on it. If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
