What Causes Cystic Painful Lump Which Occurred During Menstruation?

Hi. I often get cystic painful pimples around my period. I had one appear about 6 weeks ago. It began very swollen and red like a pimple, and then the pain went away as well as the swelling. However, I still have a small very hard, but moveable, lump where it was.... which is weird because normally my pimples like this subside completely within two weeks.

Such symptoms some times happens and this could be due to hormonal changes but hygiene would be the matter of concern, in my opinion drink more water keep the face clean, prophylactically antibiotic can be tried and best option would be "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, hope this information helps, take care.
