Acne can occur at any age. Women are more sensitive to have acne due to hormonal imbalance during menopause. Now a days, foods are not supposed to cause acne. Acne is a disease of the hair follicles of the face, chest, and back that affects almost all teenagers during puberty. It is not caused by bacteria, although bacteria play a role in its development. Acne occurs when sebaceous glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty or due to other hormonal changes. Sebum (oil) is a natural substance that lubricates and protects the skin. Acne usually improves around the age of 20, but may persist into adulthood. It is even possible to get acne for the first time as an adult.
Advice
1.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
2.     Doxycycline 50 mg daily per oral for 30 days. If you are pregnant then do not use doxycycline
3.      Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
4.     Have a good sleep of 8 hours and drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
5.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
6.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
Thanks
