In my view you are not affected by masturbation instead you are having some kind of infection. Vigorous masturbation can cause friction injury. So if you practice in this way. You will be harmed. In my advice avoid masturbation for some days. Maintain good hygiene locally. Give good lubrication over the part of friction with the help of Vaseline. Avoid sex during this period.
