What Causes Crunching And Cracking Noise In My Head?
hi i ve got crunching and crackling noise in my head and feels like my scalp is being pulled tight almost like a crawling and tingling sensations, its sometimes worse when i raise my eyebrows and a drawning noise in my ears, i have arthiritis in my spine

Arthritis of the spine usually does not cause such symptoms. Sinusitis for example is a condition that may cause such issues by affecting the middle ear. See your doctor and get evaluated further for these issues.
