What Causes Crossed Eyes And Pressure On The Left Side Of The Head?

Hi im currently at work and while using my computer my eyes started to cross on there own, i could focus them but as soon as i turned my head they would cross again. I have light pressure on the left side of my head around the temple area. Should i be worried ?

The episode was due to the computer focused work.

You should check your eyes by an eye specialist.

Avoid focusing on the computer for a long time. Make some breaks.

Eat healthy especially fresh fruits and vegetables. Vitamin A supplement and lutein for healthy sight.
