General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may try to take some magnesium and vitamin B complex to help with muscle spasms and cramps. Also, make sure you do drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and alcohol.

If you are not better with these, you will need to have a visit with your doctor and possibly have some tests such as blood tests (basic metabolic profile) and local examinations of the muscles and nerves (EMG, NCT, etc).

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
