What Causes Cramps In The Lower Abdomen And Soreness In The Breasts?
Had sex on 18th day and now I am 4 day late.. Having cramps in lower abdomen and sore breast but this is my normal PMS symptoms . I went for the 3000 feet hiking just before my period date which was very exhausting.. Why my period late am I pregnant or it s just exertion?
