What Causes Cramps In Calves Of Both The Legs?

60 year old female experiencing cramps in calves of both legs off an on at night, they wake me up. I eat healthy fresh foods and yes bananas are in the diet. Plus exercise 5 days a week and take vitamins for women over 55. Is there a supplement that I can take?

Cramps in legs have several reasons. It could either be due to fatigue or due to vascular cause.
I would suggest you to use NSAIDs for pain. You should get a Doppler ultrasound done to see the condition of your blood vessels in legs.
You can also use warm water or oil for massaging your calves which would open up the circulations in calves.
