What Causes Cramps Below The Waist On The Left Side?

I m a 48 year old female with cramps on my left side right below the waist. I also have an urge to throw up. Directly below my ribs I feel nauseas, and it feels better to have a little pressure applied to this area. A pillow helps against the stomach.

Hello,

As cramps occur due to sodium imbalance. But since pressing the pillow helps it will be like helping the muscle to get supported. I think this may be due to sodium imbalance or gastric issues. Having a hot water fermentation and more fluids will help reduce the spasms. In case the spasms don't come down and again goes up then maybe we can do some blood urine routine and figure out what can be cause for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
