What Causes Cramps Before A Bowel Movement And Lower Right Abdominal Pain?

I was having cramping before a bowel movement and pain in my lower right side and after I have it worse and it is still in my lower right after and radiates to my side and back... Still cramping feels like menstrual cramps but I don t have my period?!

right lower abdomen pain indication are appendicytis, renal cholique, colitis ultrasound abdomen and kub can help in diagnosis.can have a gyneic checkup.Treatment can be decided after proper diagnosis.
