What Causes Cramps And Light Periods?

hi i had a light period for 7 days on and off and constant cramping now when i pee its clear but when i wipe im gettin pink discharge, plus shooting pain that last a second down inner leg near the groin which comes n gos , the cramps come ago also but both its very uncomfortably when im sleeping, plz help

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion you do a urine pregnancy test to exclude any abnormal pregnancy as there are cramps associated with lighter bleeding.If it is negative thren it might be a normal period only but lighter than usual.Sometimes the stress if anything might also alter the period timing and bleeding.Nothing to worry.
