What Causes Cramps And Diarrhea During Pregnancy?

im 33 weeks pregnant.about two days ago, I started to get cramps, almost like a stomach flu and not long after, I started to get yellow diarrhea. the diarrhea happened again last night (WHILE I WAS SLEEPING!this is so embarrassing), but this time without the cramping...what is wrong with me

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being pregnant, and having diarrhea and cramps.
This may indeed be stomach flu and having diarrhea at 33 weeks pregnancy is dangerous.
I would advise you the following:
Send sample of stool for test to know whether this is infective or viral.
If viral, means due to flu you need symptomatic treatment and may be an admission for observation and fluid and electrolyte balance or replacement.
If infective, you need the same treaent in hospital and antibiotic cover that is safe in pregnancy.
