What Causes Cramps After Sexual Intercourse And Painful And Heavy Periods?

I have noticed that I have period like cramps a day after I have sex. I am irregular with my periods but when they come 3_4 times. Year it s Very painful and heavy. Do I have endometriosis? Would it help if I got on the pill? Does it matter that I m 35 and have hypertension? ,

As you have irregular period with pain and cramps after sex, I just tell you that pain after sex it is normal some times. Also you have heavy , painful , irregular period , it is because of uterine or ovarian pathology.
You have to do sonography for this.
I suggest you to consult a good obstetrics and gynecologist for this.
