What Causes Cramping Pain In The Hand And Vomiting?

I have a swoosh feeling in my head then I vomit and then my hands cramps up. First time, I was taken to hospital, the above happened twice and my body went numb, potassium was really low, they iv potassium. Happened two other times since then, no hospital, I was able to relax and able to get my hands normal and only vomited once each time. Could this be a panic attack?

THIS IS DUE TO IMBALANCE IN ELECTROLYTE IN YOUR BODY. DON'T WORRY BUT BE CAUTIOUS AND HAVE COCONUT WATER TWICE A DAY. CAN TAKE 1 OR 2 BANANA. AND CONTINUE WITH PRESCRIBED MEDICINES YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT WITHIN A WEEK.
