What Causes Crackling Sound In Ears While Swallowing Food?

I went to er with heavy fullness in my left ear found out I had ear blockage from wwaxs build up so for last 5 days I used warm water and peroxide to try remove what wever out.but at same time I been getting a lot of crackling noise every time I eat or sallow my food wonder what could cause it.I clean my left ear out I saw some white stuff come out I have trouble hearing and it uncomable to sleep

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain fullness and congestion in ear along with reduced hearing that did not improve after cleaning out wax too seems to be most probably due to blocked eustachian tube..
It can occur due to ear infection, mucous accumulation behind the ear drum and blocking the Eustachian tubes..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI, otoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics, oral as well as nasal decongestants likeXylometazoline nasal sprays.
Along with it steam inhalation and chewing chewing gum can help..
In case of no improvement in 15 days surgical drainage by making a small incision through the eardrum can help..
