What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood?

This Morning I was taking a shower and I started to cough blood up.
On top of that yesterday I went to the restroom and, what seemed like
A lot of blood to me was there after I went poop and then again this morning.
What is wrong with me? Do I need to see a doctor ASAP.

Yes,you need to consult a Physician Doctor as early as possible.

You might be suffering from Coagulation Problem in your blood because of which you are bleeding with cough and during passing stools.

Doctor will advise you few blood tests to reach the diagnosis.

Meanwhile,dont try to cough or pass the stools forcefully.Dont blow your nose forcefully.Dont lift heavy objects.Take care to prevent against injury over any part of the body.
