Hi i do care for your concern.
Your symptoms suggest more of asthma which is a breathing disorder caused due to allergans and it is more pronounced during spring and autumn fall due to pollen.
If i were your treating doctor then i would advise
To avoid dust prone areas, and avoid cold and stressful conditions.
drugs such as budecort will help.
I would suggest to consult your physician, and get appropriate dosage.
Hope you get well soon.
Hope i have answered your doubts, If you have more feel free to ask.
Thank you.
