Hi - I started coughing Thursday night. Friday I still had it and figured I must have caught something. Friday night the cough was bad enough at times to make me feel like throwing up or be completely out of breathe. Saturday saw a nurse practitioner and she give me an antibiotic and methyiprednisolone. I came home and didn t take it and felt even worse in the evening and ran a fever. I felt better this morning but don t feel great tonight with cough and chest doesn t hurt but just has pressure on it. The reason I ve messaging is because my husband is in a care facility because of some complications with his advanced Parkinson s and I was planning on bringing him home yesterday. I have been advised to go back to the DR and be checked for influence A. I am wondering how safe it would be for me to bring him home or disappoint him and wait another couple of days. I know how serious it could be if he would get this. I just need confirmation.
