Hello,

A coronary angiogram is a procedure that uses X-ray imaging to see your heart's blood vessels. The test is generally done to see if there's a restriction in blood flow going to the heart.

Cardiac catheterization procedures can both diagnose and treat heart and blood vessel conditions.

If your angiogram was normal then there are 2 conditions which are suggestive of spasms as:

1: Muscle spasm

2: Gastric problem.

As you mentioned in your question that you have es. reflux then I believe it is related to gastritis.

I suggest you to take PPI (Pantop 40 mg early morning before breakfast for 2 weeks, and Syp. Mucain gel 10 ml half an hour before meals).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
