Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

There is no relationship between worms and convulsions. Intestinal worms will not produce problems. Sometimes, worms may enter the brain (cysticercosis) that may cause convulsions. You can give worm killing medicines regularly every 6 months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajmohan, Pediatrician
