dear sir my i Naresh 30 years old any hight is 5"7, mu problem is this that i feel constipation my stool not hard but not properly fresh my stomach, and at night when i consume sweet milk then i feel khujli in my latring way. and i am suffring mouth and tongue alcers from 10 years. pls advise me for this dicease.

Take Tab. Vermox 500mg one tablet only at any time of the day. Repeat this dose after one week.
Also take. Tab. Motilium 10mg thrice daily before meals.
