What Causes Constipation With Abdominal Gas And Bloating?

i have had tummy trouble for years - - poor elimination - - bloating - - painful trapped gas - today i started DGL and mastic gum - i ve never eaten dinner and been so comfortable - - lots of air elimination when usually just suffering - - i even have a bra on 3 hours later and usually cannot stand the discomfort - - am i in for good elimination as well?
