What Causes Constipation And Blood In Stool After Delivery?

Dear Doctor,
I delivered on April 1st week 2011... had a vaginal delivery...my bowel movement was gud after delivery.. but after 35 days.. i got tightening of stool.. with few blood drops... i took fybogel for 10 days.. but still it continues to be hard...also am getting burning sensation throught out the day

Most likely you have caught some intestinal infestation, either amoebic or worms. Please get your stools examined from laboratory. The sample you collect should be after an overnight purge. Discard the morning first sample and collect the last portion of second sample for laboratory examination.
Depending upon the report of stools, you will have to take anti-amoebic and/or anti-worms treatment.
Please report to the physician with your stools report.
