What Causes Constipation And Bleeding During Defecation?

Hii, I m suffering from irregular constipation and every time blood bleeding while im pass the stool.. Can u pls tell me exact remedy for that... Im using Kinpride tablet for cure anus injury...I m suffering this problem for a 4 years... Stool doesn t pass smoothly its too hard while i. Feel..I met doctor, he said drink plenty of water and dibre food regularly... I taking this but still i have this problem...kindly tell me to. Escape from this disease..

Hello,

It seems that you have developed hemorrhoids due to chronic constipation which is causing the bleeding. I would advise you to get yourself checked by a surgeon to know the exact severity of your condition and whether it requires surgery.

Meanwhile, you have to avoid constipation at all costs as it will aggravate your condition. If your constipation is not relieved even after taking high fibre diet and lots of water, then you should start taking stool softeners like syrup lactulose.
