Hello Doctors, im Suffering few years Stool Problem Daily stool Not going properly sometime bleeding blood in anal and also stool black color more time loose motion little bit little my tongue daily clean but it has some whitening within few hours i check stomach complete scan its good no Problem but now i feel i have a piles so doctor please advice me what kind of medicine suitable for me ?? i m Living in Qatar

As per your history take a laxatives At night (Cremaffin plus),and use Anobliss cream at night and xylocain 5% before going to motion.This is conservative method if your bleeding persist you need SurgicalTreatment and it is a minor surgery .Thanks
