What Causes Constant Urge To Urinate?

Please help me...i am 18 years old...today the whole day i was continuously getting urge of feeling...n when i went to urinate i experienced burning sensation n pain qt last drop.!... It went on 5-6 times today...n now at night i masturbated and ejaculated...n at last it pained a lot..i went to urinate..n saw blood in my urine...also there was mucus blood too.! Please tell me m i alright? P.S : I smoke cigarettes.! Is dis a problem here.?

I understand your concern.
As per the complains you are having following could be the possibilities
1-Urinary tract infection.
2-Urethral injury-as there was blood at the end of passing urine.
3-Renal or ureteric calculi

Adv-urine routine test.
USG(abdomen+Pelvis) with urethral examination
Follow up with these reports with a urologist.
