Detailed answer.. If some one make habbit to sleep for long time and live a sedentary life style,then it can cause low blood pressure and slow
heart rate ,which can cause light headedness.For that you need to start exercising first only brisk walk for 45 minutes daily,you may also go for
yoga ,as both can help increase blood circulation in your body so the activeness.
Else have increased amount of
proteins (milk,eggs ,meat etc),and
multivitamin supplement for at least one month.
Make a time table of whole day ,and have your meal on time not haphazzrdly,breakfast is the most important part of the whole day and to boost up energy.Have plenty of water and fruits (5 fruits in a day).
