What Causes Constant Tingling Sensation On My Torso?

I have a tingling sensation on my torso - left side. Several time each day for the last 2 or 3 weeks. It s tingly numbness that wraps around my torso - 2 or 3 inch band between my armpit and hip. No ill effects other than it tingles every so often. Thought it was a muscle pull but realized it must be something else.

It is probably due to compression of nerves by vertebral body as they come through the vertebra.Condition sush as disc prolapse may cause that problem.You have to do a X-ray and may be a MRI to diagnose that condion.
