Hello,

Many causes for bloating of the abdomen are like acute gastritis, food Intolerance, Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Also, avoid dairy products, and gluten contains food.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
