What Causes Constant, Sharp Pain In Lower Right Side Of Head?

i have pain in lower right side of my dead. not scalp but inside my head. started several months ago but would come and go. now it is constant. sometimes its very sharp if i move my head a certain way. i have rheumatoid arthritis and at first i thought that was it but its not.
