What Causes Constant Ringing In The Ears?

About a month ago my hearing in my left ear has got bad i can still hear but everything sounds like a broken speaker, i have had two hearing test which showed that i have lost some hearing also my ear feels like its stopped up my doctor wants me to get a mri but has yet to tell me anything as to what could be wrong

Hi,
It seems that you might be having otosclerosis i.e. fusion of small three bones in internal ears giving this problem.
MRI will give more precise conclusion of your problem.
