What Causes Constant Pain On Left Side Of The Neck?

I have constant low-level (3 of 10) pain on the left side of the back of my neck. I hear a popping sound in my neck when I turn my head. Range of motion turning my head to the left is very limited. Constant tingling in my left arm, like when your foot is waking up from being asleep.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Based on the history given in your query, I am of the opinion that you seem to have some problem related to muscle sprain in the neck. There may also be a possibility of a pinched nerve in the neck. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for proper clinical examination and treatment.
Hope this will help.
