What Causes Constant Pain In The Right Arm?

Ive been having constant pain in my right arm , i did fall about 8 months ago but it didnt bother right away ,i also had a heart attack a month ago but didnt have any arm pain that was in my chest , ive tried different things it seems massiging it or moving it works but not for long what could it be?
