What Causes Constant Pain In The Right Ankle?

I have had a constant pain in my ankle all day. It is the right leg that had a total knee replacement in April 2012. 2 years later a super large blood clot was found, so had an aneurism behind the knee. Surgery required 3 incisions. This was 2014. In my lower right leg near the inside approximately 8 inches from my heel is a known, very tiny clot. Could that clot be causing the pain?
