What Causes Constant Nausea, Headache, Dizziness And Vomiting?

For the past 2 and a half weeks, I ve been nauseous, daily dull headache, daily dizziness from morning till night and sometimes vomiting. In fact, the nausea has stopped a few days ago. If it helps to know, I ve been going through something stressful lately and wasn t drinking a lot of water. What is happening to me?

Your age please and sex !! Stress, as a cause is a diagnosis of exclusion. Consider some common causes, drugs like pain killers, past history of migraines, stomach problems like acidity. Yes, now comes stress, in which lack of sleep / sleep in uncomfortable posture to be looked into. Among the last in the list will come disease states like jaundice, renal diseases, visual disturbances etc. So need some more inputs to help u... however, if the problem is more than 2 weeks then a GP review is a must,
