General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Constant low back pain and chest pain can arise from same cause (osteoporosis, joint problem or spondylosis). The chest pain without any respiratory trouble could arise from gas collection under diaphragm. It needs investigations and proper specific treatment, if it recurs.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
